Bath in Bloom Local Competition
The annual Bath in Bloom competition is FREE TO ENTER and is open to all residents, businesses, community groups, allotment or kitchen garden holders, schools and pubs, within the boundary of Bath & North East Somerset.
If you have a beautiful garden, stunning hanging baskets or containers, a productive allotment or have been involved in a community gardening project, why not enter this friendly and informal competition to showcase your efforts.
Local judges will come and visit you in June to assess your entry for an award which is presented at a local Awards Evening, usually in late August or early September, attended by the Mayor of Bath. Everything, from judging to the awards ceremony is informal, fun and a celebration of gardening and gardeners!
There are no costs involved, just your dedication and green fingers. Why not enter and be part of this growing, fun community?

The judging will take place between Saturday 20th June and Sunday 28th June 2026.

Small Gardens up to 150sqm, Medium Gardens 150-500sqm, Large Gardens over 500sqm, Containers & Hanging Baskets, Allotments & Kitchen Gardens, Business with Container Planting, Business with Garden, Pubs, Horticultural Achievement by a Group, Private or Business Courtyard Garden and Schools.
